Breshad Perriman was born on September 10, 1993. He comes from Miami, Florida. Perriman played high school football for the Rams while attending Arabia Mountain High School in Lithonia, Georgia.

He recorded 27 receptions for 512 yards and six touchdowns as a junior. In only four games as a senior, he recorded 13 receptions for 301 yards and three touchdowns.

During his senior year, Perriman was ultimately the best receiver in DeKalb County. He played in the 2010 DeKalb County Coaches Association Senior All-Star Football Game and won MVP honors at the Elite One Performance Football Camp.

After playing for Martin Luther King High School in Lithonia and Heritage High School in Conyers, Perriman ended his high school career for the brand-new Class 5A Arabia Mountain in Lithonia.

As a teenager, Perriman was also a famous track and field athlete, regularly competing in USA Track and Field and Junior Olympic competitions all over the nation.

Perriman and the Baltimore Ravens reached an agreement on the terms of a rookie contract on May 11, 2015. According to reports, the four-year, $8.7 million deal included a $4.6 million signing bonus.

On September 11, 2016, against the Buffalo Bills, Perriman recorded one reception for 35 yards in his NFL debut. In the NFL, Perriman made his debut on October 23, 2016. In a defeat against the New York Jets of 16-24, he grabbed one pass for 11 yards.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Perriman agreed to a $4 million, one-year contract on March 13, 2019. In Week 13, Perriman had a career-high five receptions for 87 yards during a 28-11 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. During a 38-35 victory over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 14, Perriman hauled in three catches for 70 yards and the decisive touchdown.

Perriman and the New York Jets agreed to a one-year, $8 million contract on April 1, 2020, with $6 million in guarantees.

In Week 9, he had five receptions for 101 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns during Monday Night Football against the New England Patriots, which resulted in a 30-27 loss.

Perriman renewed his contract with the Buccaneers on March 24, 2022. In the 2022 season, Perriman played in 11 games. He ended the game with nine receptions, 110 receiving yards, and a score.
