In Memphis, Tennessee, Cedrick Wilson was born on November 20, 1995. In Memphis, Tennessee, Wilson attended White Station High School. He joined the football squad there and started at quarterback.
He earned the starting position as a senior, compiling 731 passing yards, seven passing touchdowns, 268 running yards, two rushing scores, and five interceptions.
