In 2004, Megan crossed paths with Brian Austin Green on the set of “Hope & Faith”. She was 18 and Brian was 30. The lovers got engaged in November 2006. They broke off the engagement in February 2009 before re-engaging later on June 1, 2010 before sealing it with a marriage ceremony few weeks later on Maui.
Megan filed for divorce in August 2015 before reuniting early 2016. She annulled the divorce in 2019 only for the lovers to break up again in 2020. The bore three sons together. Megan starting a romantic affair with Machine Gun Kelly in 2020.
